We are a non-profit outfit in Oslo, Norway who decided to put up a webserver
offering free webspace to the survivalism community.
Altho free and available to survivalists of the world there are some limits on the
offer, you may use no more than 5 megabytes of hard disk space for your webpages.

The service is provided "as is", this is a nonprofit venture,
so we can't invest heavily in backup systems at the moment, that day may come though.

We will not take action against pages / webmasters who use their right
to speak on political / religious / social issues, except for those reservations
included below.If you have a problem with someone's politics we suggest a long walk
in the woods.

You must agree to the below stated terms of agreement before you use the services provided.

The Terms of Agreement regarding use of these services :

We reserve the right to manage this server and these services as we see fit,
US legislation has no authority in Norway, therefore lawsuits won't do much good : )
( not that you would get much money anyway - we have some empty sodacans tho : )

We reserve the right to deny access and remove offensive material as described below.

You may not use this server in any way for the expression or furthering of racistic,
derogatory or otherwise unlawful remarks, writings or materials against any people(s).
You may not store pornographic material on this server, neither may you promote
or hyperlink to such material.Any page furthering/aiding or promoting :
hacking, phreaking,warez,crackz, pirated software or tools for pirating software,
other criminal activities of any kind, - will be automatically deleted
and criminal complaints filed if applicable.

CGI Scripts :

Due to the nature of CGI we do not allow CGI scripts to be stored on our servers.
If you need a script for counters, banners etc., please contact us.
If you need to add CGI shopping carts etc. you can email us with a request.

Any and all attempts to gain access to survivalnet.org servers
without authorization will result in the filing of criminal charges.
We take no responsibility for the content of web pages hosted for free by these servers,
nor the use of email accounts by other than survivalnet-server /-host staff.

E-mail :

You may not engage in the mass emailing of unsolicited commercial email.
You may not engage in the emailing of get rich quick schemes, including
chain letters, multilevel marketing schemes, reseller programs etc.
You may not engage in the mass emailing of unsolicited emails of any kind.
You may not use your email account for any activity considered illegal
in Norway and/or your country.
You may not use your email account to harass persons or other legal entities.
